Prayer
We believe that prayer is the power-house of our church and in all that we do we seek God's guidance and timing.
Prayer Opportunities
Formal prayer meetings are arranged to fit with our ongoing and ad hoc church activities - please watch out for the announcements each Sunday morning.
Our Home Groups meet in various locations each week - please speak to Gary or one of our Elders for more details of your nearest or most suitable home group. Home Groups are based around Bible Study, Prayer and a Social chat.
On Sunday Mornings @ 10:15 a small group meets in a back room of our church for a time of prayer. You can join this group at any time up to about 10:50.
During our Sunday Morning service, we have a birthday spot - if you have had a birthday in the prior week or the week to come (and are willing to admit to it), we invite you to come forward for prayer and a birthday badge. This helps to ensure that everyone in the church gets prayed for, by everyone in the church over the course of a year!
On Sunday Mornings after our service, we have a small prayer ministry for people who would like to be prayed for - this takes place in a small private room at the rear of the church and two people are usually available to pray for you.
Prayer Resources
A Prayer topic for the day is posted daily by the Presbyterian Church in Ireland
A downloadable Weekly Prayer Resource sheet is also available
Prayer Support Group
We operate an informal prayer chain via WhatsApp - if you have a situation you would like us to pray for, please see the Contacts page for details, or if you are already on the WhatsApp group, you can post a prayer request directly. If you are requesting prayer for someone else, please ask their permission before posting.
