Living Stones is part of the youth ministry of Greystones Presbyterian Church. We usually meet on Sundays at the church hall on Trafalgar Road from 6:30pm to 8:30pm.
The aim of Living Stones is to be a witness for Christ and Christian love and grace in our actions and words to teenagers both Christian and non-Christian. For the non-Christians the aim is to show them that we care for them as individuals and respect their innate dignity and worth as human beings made in the image of God. What this means in simple terms is this: No, you are not too fat, too skinny, too tall, too short, too nerdy, too sporty, too weak, too strong, too quiet, too hyper or any other rubbish – we love you, God loves you! For the Christian teens the aim of Living Stones is the same but we also want to help them grow in their faith and enjoy their walk with God.
