Other News and Events @ GPC
Next Sunday John will continue our sermon series entitled “Meeting Jesus” with Part 3: “Losing Your Paralysis”.
Discipleship Group (Bible Study): Thursday, the 26th of November at 8pm at the Manse. We are currently looking at the seven churches addressed by Christ in Revelation 1-3. Our next study will be on the church in Philadelphia in Revelation 3:7-13. All are welcome to come along for chat, fellowship and a look together at God’s word.
On Sunday the 29th the congregation are invited to take RTE morning service live from the studios at Donnybrook. If you would like to be involved please sign up in the vestibule or at tea and coffee time. There will be an essential rehearsal for all those with musical, solo, or reading parts on Monday 23rd November at 8.30pm in the church ( if you just wish to be part of the ‘TV congregation’ you do not need to attend this, though you may find it helpful).
There will still be a service taking place here on 29th, led by Rev. Jim Carson.
The Presbyterian Orphan and Children’s Society Collection 2009 envelopes are now available from Alan Bell. During Alan’s absence in November Caroline McLaughlin has very kindly agreed to help out. Caroline will have envelopes available and will be accepting returned envelopes also. Many thanks for your continued support!

Carols by Candlelight: Wednesday 16th at 7.30pm.
(preceded by buffet tea for local traders, volunteers required to help).
Sunday Club Christmas Service Sunday 20th at 11.00am.
Christmas morning service, 11am (NB: same as usual service time).
